I am pleased to report that Here to Stay in Wintergreen has been selected as a client in the University of Virginia School of Law Nonprofit Clinic for the academic year 2020-2021.
Throughout the year, UVA law students will work directly with our board members in conducting a “Legal Health Checkup.” This will address such matters of concern as best practices in nonprofit compliance and administration, website content, and fundraising.
The advice and guidance that will be received will undoubtedly be invaluable as our organization moves through its early months as a nonprofit corporation.
