The highlight of the performance is Barber Violin Concerto featuring Wintergreen Symphony Orchestra’s concertmaster Elizabeth Atkins. This spectacular musician brings such personal emotion into her performance that you feel she is playing only for you. This chance to hear her perform is not to be missed.

Along with the Barber Violin Concerto with Elizabeth Atkins, the afternoon program with Artistic Director Erin Freeman conducting the Wintergreen Orchestra includes:

•  W.A, Mozart: Overture to. Cost fan tutti, K. 588.

•  Hanna Havrylets (a Ukrainian composer): Chorale for string orchestra.

•  Emilie Mayer: Symphony No. 1 in C Minor.
