Life Plan Notebook Session
The Senior Help Desk volunteers invite HSW members and volunteers who are interested in the Life Plan Notebook to attend the upcoming session. Attendees of past presentations who might need a refresher are also encouraged to attend. The purpose of the notebook is to provide essential information to anyone who might have to represent you if and when you cannot represent yourself. The contents consists of forms covering personal, medical, legal and financial information. There is also information on in-home care and downsizing.
The volunteers of the Senior Help Desk have backgrounds and expertise to help you navigate the notebook. During the meeting there will be a quick overview of the contents and a chance to ask for clarification if needed. HSW will provide you with your own Life Plan notebook.
Former participants have given it great reviews. According to one member who completed the notebook, they now have peace of mind that whoever needs to take over their affairs will have the information they need at their fingertips rather than searching through files and boxes of paper.
We hope you can join us on September 23. Please RSVP by clicking the button below.
